How can I track the progress of my order?
You can track the progress of your order in the “My Account” section, “My Orders” tab.
I have already placed an order and I need new identical parts, is this possible?
Absolutely! We keep your image files and orders in our archives so that we can offer you a simple and fast restocking service. You can reorder at any time from a previous order.
Can I add products once my order is in production?
If you wish to add products to your initial order, contact us within 24 hours of confirming your basket.
Deliveries and returns
What are the delivery times?
As a general rule, you will receive your order within 7 to 12 days after validating your basket. Does your project require a faster turnaround time? Do not hesitate to contact us.
How do I track my package?

Rates and payment methods
How is the price calculated?
The price of your order is calculated according to:
- the type of product selected (t-shirt, sweatshirt, jacket, softshell, cap, etc.)
- the product range (cheap, standard, premium organic)
- the color of the product (white t-shirts are mostly cheaper than colored ones)
- the visual to be printed (size, single-sided or double-sided)
- quantities: our prices are decreasing. The more you order, the lower the unit price.
Do you offer discounted rates?
Yes, on Meltyshirt.fr you automatically benefit from a price discount according to the quantities chosen. To find out more about our prices, go to the Decreasing prices section.
How do I pay for my order?
Online payments are the most immediate. Secure checks by our bank or Paypal allow your order to be put into production quickly. Other payment methods are accepted (transfer, check, administrative order) but add an additional delay, production is launched once your payment is received and the usual checks have been carried out. The products
How do I care for my personalized clothing?
To ensure a long life for your personalized clothing, it is recommended to wash them at 30° with air drying and ironing inside out if necessary. Discover all our tips on our personalized t-shirt care page.
Where can I find a size guide?
The size guide is displayed in each product sheet, under the description. Some brands we work with may size differently, if in doubt do not hesitate to order one or more blank products to try them on. We accept returns of non-personalized products within 14 days of receipt.
Why aren't all products customizable?
We are actively working to make all our products available for online customization. You can request customization of a product on quote today, tomorrow it may be customizable online! Access our quote form.
I would like a sample or prototype before ordering, is this possible?
If you want a sample to see or try the raw product, simply order a blank part directly from the site, without customizing it. Returns of blank products are accepted within 14 days. If it is a personalized prototype before editing a large series, do not hesitate to contact us.
What are the differences between two similar t-shirts?
In most cases, the price difference between two t-shirts of the same cut is explained by the quality of the fabric they are made of. For example, compare the weights, which indicate better durability and better print quality. The fibers of the fabric can also impact the price: organic cotton t-shirts will tend to be more expensive than standard cottons. Finally, compare the different finishes: cleanliness strip in the collar, tear-off label for 100% customization, etc. All these options are available in our catalog, you just have to find the product that best suits your project!
Are the inks used for printing safe for my health and the environment?
Our supplier's inks are water-based and meet all the standards of the Oeko-Tex 100 standard. This label certifies that all products used comply with a charter of good conduct which ensures, for example, the control of chemical products that are harmful to both health and the environment.
Customization options
Can I preview my creation before it goes into production?
Of course! If you personalize your products on our site via the online customization tool, you can view the rendering of your creation on the screen. This validation before purchase serves as a BAT (good to print). In the event of an order on estimate, a BAT is sent to you by e-mail so that you validate the final rendering before manufacturing.
How do I make sure my image is good quality?
Your images are reviewed by one of our graphic designers as soon as your order is validated. They will contact you if there is any doubt about the quality of your visual. We accept .PNG, .JPG, .JPEG, .GIF, .AI and .PDF formats. If you wish to validate your project with us before placing an order, go to our contact form and one of our advisors will assist you in the creation of your personalized products.
I would like to have a visual printed with names, numbers or other elements that vary, is this possible?
Yes, and we call it mixing and matching! You can vary your creations endlessly directly from our online configurator. Let your imagination run wild with the little tutorial on our “How to customize?” page.
Is it possible to print on the sleeves or other unusual areas of a garment?
In most cases yes, we offer these customization options starting from 25 pieces. Discover all our printing options as well as our advanced customization services. Do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your project with one of our advisors.
Do you print labels?
We can print collar labels on products without a branded label (no label). We also offer a custom label sewing service if you want to receive your products ready for sale (from 25 pieces).
